Karim Candaten established BHPL Consulting in late 2016 and has over 35 years’ building and construction experience with a proven track record in the successful delivery of medium to large scale residential and mixed-use construction projects.
His experience is in managing and successfully delivering projects from feasibility, design budgets, approval through to procurement, construction and final wrap-up. At all times Karim is in constant consultation with the client and stakeholders ensuring time, cost, quality, and safety expectations are maintained.
Karim has worked for large Australian companies such as Icon, Multiplex, John Holland and Southern Cross Constructions in Senior Project Manager and Director roles, as well as for international construction and property development companies such as Fulcrum Enterprises and Constellation Property Group in the US.
Karim’s upfront planning and oversight of all key deliverables and implementation systems, communication and consultative approach will deliver a successful project. His previous experience both in Australia and Overseas has allowed Karim to craft his skills which place him in a good position to focus on the strategic management of projects and allows him to identify weakness in project teams, resourcing, policies and procedures, program, design, quality, project costs including any short falls in Safety.
